IMPROVED
We’re upgrading to the latest version of PayPal and have shared notice that all member nonprofits using PayPal on Give Lively donation forms must also do so.
Importantly, PayPal won’t fully support the current integration starting in the very near future, so we’ve asked everyone to upgrade before February 16, 2021, to ensure uninterrupted access to donations via PayPal. The required steps are described here, with full illustrations, and should take only about 5 minutes by the person with access to the organization’s PayPal business account. One notable benefit of this update is eventual access to additional payment methods, including Venmo. Learn more about our PayPal integration.
We have added yet more styling improvements to our Peer-to-Peer Fundraising and Team Fundraising pages
to improve their readability and performance on screens of all sizes. This latest round includes:
  • adding a
    Donate to a Team Member
button on all Team Fundraising pages to facilitate giving through individual team members
  • adding a
    Join Team
card on individual Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages if the fundraiser is part of a team with fewer than five members
  • showing no more than four team members (the fundraiser plus three others) on individual Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages when viewed on mobile devices.
FIXED
We’ve repaired an issue reported by a few donors that blocked display of their donations in the Donor Portal.
This was only a display issue. All donations were properly processed and disbursed. Learn more about what and where the Donor Portal is.
