Allow Individual Entries for Offline Donations

Please allow us the option to upload individual contributions from offline donations. They could be marked in some way, but should be able to be in the donor list so our donors can see other donors even if they sent us a check or donated another way. Or sometimes we get cash donations from a live event, We should be able to say "XX" Concert, $$ donations raised and add that to the campaign, with a separate publicly available entry for those donations.

It is also difficult since you have to have a separate spreadsheet outside of GiveLively to keep track of the offline donations that you do put in since all it let's you put is the total number of gifts and total amount.

I recently had a client leave Give Lively because they couldn't enter/see offline donations by person on P2P pages. Many other tools have this option so this would be a great addition!

I agree that this would be helpful! It would be very helpful also to be able to assign offline amounts to specific team or p2p pages when the offline donor intends to support a team or individual fundraiser. That way, the leaderboards would accurately reflect the gifts that particular team or fundraiser has brought in.

Running into this issue right now as it's currently on me to remember where the offline donation went for P2P participants. The donor export does not match the campaign page so the treasurer is reporting incorrect information to the board.

This would be an important feature as many donors want the recognition and their corporations do not allow for credit card online giving.

This would be very helpful. We have a lot of older donors who do not like to use online donation pages, and they often give generously.
