Add the Name of a donor that made an offline donation to a P2P Page

This idea is very similar to this one (https://feedback.givelively.org/campaign-pages/p/allow-individual-entries-for-offline-donations) and this one (https://feedback.givelively.org/peer-to-peer-fundraising/p/add-names-of-offline-donors-to-p2p-pages) and combined they have a lot of votes - - Give Lively team, could these ideas be merged or the combined votes be considered in the review process?

I would love for Givelivly to be able show the offline donor names. Many of our donors prefer to use check for their donation, so our organization can get the full amount without fees removed. It would be nice to be able to track all of our donations in one place too-better donor recognition.

Something really important to our team is being able to show everyone who gave. If we have a big donor who doesn't want to give thousands of dollars on a credit card, or feels uncomfortable connecting their bank account, they should be able to give by check and also be recognized on our campaign page. Allowing names and amounts on offline donations would be super helpful!

Yes, I would like to be able to add individual offline donations with the name, and have them show up in the report, clearly indicated as an offline donation.

Also, it be great to be able to add the amount of the individual donations. As opposed to the current system of, for example, entering 5 donations totaling $500.
