Recurring donations are once again labeled correctly in Stripe.
For a short time, recurring charges were misleadingly labeled as “Invoices” in Stripe, which temporarily blocked those charges from showing in Salesforce and Nonprofit Admin Portal reports. No payments or payment amounts were affected and any impacted data has been updated. Learn how to export donor data from Stripe.
The Giving Basket limit of 20 separate recurring donations in one checkout has been reestablished.
For a short time, donors were unable to check out with 20 separate recurring donations on Charity Navigator’s Giving Basket. There is no limit on the number of one-time donations in one checkout. For checkouts with a mix of one-time and recurring donations, there’s no limit on the total number of donations, just the number of recurring donations within the total. Learn how to get assistance if there is a problem processing a Giving Basket donation.
The
Reset to Default
button on all on-screen data reports is operating normally again.
For a short time, the
Reset to Default
button did not appear if a date was selected in the date filter boxes. (The default date range is the past three months.) Learn more about on-screen reports in the Nonprofit Admin Portal.

The email preview in automatic email receipts for event ticket purchases is displaying normally again.
An errant “MC_Preview_Text” merge tag was included at the beginning of email previews for email providers that incorporate email previews. Learn how to customize the thank-you message for Event Ticketing receipts.
Identical donation amounts with different impact stories are now treated as distinct payment options.
The donation amounts on a Campaign Page are almost always different. In a recently discovered case, though, a nonprofit used identical donation amounts on one page, only differentiated according to the associated impact stories. Our system now distinguishes between such identical-but-separate donation amounts. Learn how to add donation amounts and impact stories to a Campaign Page.
A hiccup with the second line of the street address on Event Ticketing pages has been repaired.
Full addresses now appear, whereas any details on the second line had not been visible. Learn how to build an Event Ticketing page.
It is once again possible to pay with ACH on Simple Donation Widgets.
For a brief period, donors who selected “Bank” as their payment method were unable to complete their donation on a Simple Donation Widget. Read about why ACH is the most cost-effective payment method.
Simple and Branded Donation Widgets on Wix-hosted websites, which do not accept digital wallets, no longer attempt to render Apple Pay and Google Pay when donors check out.
Wix-hosted websites briefly displayed Apple Pay or Google Pay as payment options, despite these digital wallets being unavailable on Wix-hosted websites. This caused errors when donations were attempted. In February, we added Apple Pay as a payment option for all widget types except on Wix-hosted websites.
Category names for purchased tickets appear as they should in Event Ticketing donation receipts.
For a brief time, the ticket category was omitted, or showed up only as an ‘s’ if more than one of the ticket category was purchased – multiple “Gold” or “General admission” purchases, for example, appeared as just “s” not “Golds” or “General admissions.” Learn how to send a customized thank-you message to donors and ticket purchasers.
The “Export All Fundraiser Data” button in the Nonprofit Admin Portal’s Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages again creates a CSV file.
It was briefly exporting as a text file instead of a CSV file. Learn how to download contact information for Peer-to-Peer supporters.
