Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages now keep the selected donation frequency when donors using Google Chrome employ the browser “back" button to make changes to a gift.
Previously, when in Chrome, donors who used browser navigation to go back and edit a one-time donation might see the frequency reset to monthly, even on campaigns set up for one-time giving. See how Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages work.
The virtual event location link in Event Ticketing receipts now opens correctly.
For a brief time, an extra http:// or https:// was being added to the
Virtual Location
URL, which broke the link donors received in their receipt email. See how to add a virtual event location to your Event Ticketing page (bullet 4(2)).
The "email address updated” confirmation email shows the new email address after there has been a change in the email address associated with a User Portal account.
Although the email alert was always sent to the correct updated email address, for a brief time this alert referenced the old address in the message, leaving doubt about which address was actually on file. Now the message and the delivery destination give matching confirmation whenever an email address changes. Learn how donors can change their email address in the User Portal.
The
Back To All Events
link at the top of Event Ticketing editing pages in the Nonprofit Admin Portal takes users to the correct page.
Previously, clicking this link failed to load the full list of events. Nonprofit admins now have smooth navigation between a single event and the rest of an organization's Event Ticketing pages. Learn how to build an Event Ticketing page.
The dedicated Give Lively Text-to-Donate short code – 44-321 – is once again fully operational on all major U.S. phone carriers.
Due to compliance changes with carrier networks and Twilio (the communications platform that powers Text-to-Donate), short code use was partially restricted. During this time, Verizon and T-Mobile customers, as well as users subscribed to Spectrum for mobile service, were only able to use a full 10-digit “long code” to make mobile donations on the go. Learn what a Text-to-Donate short code is.
The
Donate
button on Simple Donation Widgets embedded in Squarespace websites has been restored to full functionality.
Donors using a Squarespace-hosted page with an embedded Simple Widget were briefly unable to proceed after clicking the
Donate
button. Learn about embedding a Simple Donation Widget on a Squarespace website.
We have fixed the

link under
Donate via Bank Account
on the Event Ticketing payment form.
For a brief time, this link was broken. It again leads to an FAQ about what the best way to donate is, bank versus credit card.

Verizon users can once again use Text-to-Donate.
At present, Verizon users (only) are unable to use the Give Lively short code (44321) due to a change made by the phone carrier. In its stead, Verizon users can send a text to the long code, 917-999-0700. Our Live Display has been updated to communicate this to Verizon users. Understand what a Text-to-Donate short code is.

We’ve eliminated the friction felt when entering an event address on an Event Ticketing page.
Upon creation or editing of an Event Ticketing page, the event address field would refresh after each character was entered, requiring users to click back into the field after typing each character. This tool can now be used without technical interruption. Learn how to build an Event Ticketing page.
The “Cover the Fee” section of Giving Basket checkout carts is once again accurately displaying the donation total.
For a short time, the text did not include the gift to Charity Navigator in the total; however, if submitted, the full donation amount was charged, including the Charity Navigator gift. Learn how Give Lively is related to Charity Navigator.
