Back To All Events

Previously, clicking this link failed to load the full list of events. Nonprofit admins now have smooth navigation between a single event and the rest of an organization's Event Ticketing pages. Due to compliance changes with carrier networks and Twilio (the communications platform that powers Text-to-Donate), short code use was partially restricted. During this time, Verizon and T-Mobile customers, as well as users subscribed to Spectrum for mobile service, were only able to use a full 10-digit “long code” to make mobile donations on the go. For a brief time, this link was broken. It again leads to an FAQ about what the best way to donate is, bank versus credit card.
Verizon users can once again use Text-to-Donate.
At present, Verizon users (only) are unable to use the Give Lively short code (44321) due to a change made by the phone carrier. In its stead, Verizon users can send a text to the long code, 917-999-0700. Our Live Display has been updated to communicate this to Verizon users. Understand what a Text-to-Donate short code is.
We’ve eliminated the friction felt when entering an event address on an Event Ticketing page.

For a short time, the text did not include the gift to Charity Navigator in the total; however, if submitted, the full donation amount was charged, including the Charity Navigator gift. Learn how Give Lively is related to Charity Navigator.Recurring donations are once again labeled correctly in Stripe.
For a short time, recurring charges were misleadingly labeled as “Invoices” in Stripe, which temporarily blocked those charges from showing in Salesforce and Nonprofit Admin Portal reports. No payments or payment amounts were affected and any impacted data has been updated. Learn how to export donor data from Stripe. The Giving Basket limit of 20 separate recurring donations in one checkout has been reestablished.
For a short time, donors were unable to check out with 20 separate recurring donations on Charity Navigator’s Giving Basket. There is no limit on the number of one-time donations in one checkout. For checkouts with a mix of one-time and recurring donations, there’s no limit on the total number of donations, just the number of recurring donations within the total. For a short time, the Reset to Default
button did not appear if a date was selected in the date filter boxes. (The default date range is the past three months.) Learn more about on-screen reports in the Nonprofit Admin Portal.
