Identical donation amounts with different impact stories are now treated as distinct payment options.
The donation amounts on a Campaign Page are almost always different. In a recently discovered case, though, a nonprofit used identical donation amounts on one page, only differentiated according to the associated impact stories. Our system now distinguishes between such identical-but-separate donation amounts. Learn how to add donation amounts and impact stories to a Campaign Page.
A hiccup with the second line of the street address on Event Ticketing pages has been repaired.
Full addresses now appear, whereas any details on the second line had not been visible. Learn how to build an Event Ticketing page.
It is once again possible to pay with ACH on Simple Donation Widgets.
For a brief period, donors who selected “Bank” as their payment method were unable to complete their donation on a Simple Donation Widget. Read about why ACH is the most cost-effective payment method.
Simple and Branded Donation Widgets on Wix-hosted websites, which do not accept digital wallets, no longer attempt to render Apple Pay and Google Pay when donors check out.
Wix-hosted websites briefly displayed Apple Pay or Google Pay as payment options, despite these digital wallets being unavailable on Wix-hosted websites. This caused errors when donations were attempted. In February, we added Apple Pay as a payment option for all widget types except on Wix-hosted websites.
Category names for purchased tickets appear as they should in Event Ticketing donation receipts.
For a brief time, the ticket category was omitted, or showed up only as an ‘s’ if more than one of the ticket category was purchased – multiple “Gold” or “General admission” purchases, for example, appeared as just “s” not “Golds” or “General admissions.” Learn how to send a customized thank-you message to donors and ticket purchasers.
The “Export All Fundraiser Data” button in the Nonprofit Admin Portal’s Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages again creates a CSV file.
It was briefly exporting as a text file instead of a CSV file. Learn how to download contact information for Peer-to-Peer supporters.
Canceled subscriptions once again display a canceled status in the Give Lively User Portal.
For a short time, some canceled recurring payments were labeled as active. Learn how donors can view a list of their recurring donations.
Text alignment, capitalization and other formatting appear as desired on Campaign Page descriptions.
This is a follow-up to an earlier fix addressing missing line breaks. In both cases, the text in the published “Page description” on some live Campaign Pages appeared as unformatted text, despite maintaining formatting in the Nonprofit Admin Portal. Learn how to build a Campaign Page and edit the “Page description” field.
We fixed issues that interfered with how ticket tier details are shown on Event Ticketing pages.
When a user clicks the
+ Show All Tier Details
at the bottom of a list of ticket tiers, it should expand all ticket tiers to show their details, keeping open the details of any individual tier already shown. Similarly, a click on the
- Hide All Tier Details
link should close them all. This functionality is now back in operation. Learn how to build ticket tiers on your Event Ticketing page.

Line breaks and other formatting appear as desired on Campaign Page descriptions.
For a short period, the text in the published “Page description” on some Campaign Pages appeared as an unformatted one-paragraph block of text. Learn how to build a Campaign Page and edit the “Page description” field.
