Allow nonprofit to print a copy of the donation receipt sent to the donor.
It would be very helpful to be able to click on a donor and print the donation receipt that was sent to them as proof that a donation receipt was sent.
Better Donor Data Page (quick changes)
I see this is a planned post, but before the larger change is made, two quick fixes would make it a lot better: Have the donation amount be the actual full amount. Right now it rounds it to the nearest dollar. Sort descending by date so the last donations show up at the top. I have no idea how it's currently sorted.
Test mode for donation forms
Please give the ability for admins to test donation forms without actually making a donation
notifications for donations
I'm not sure why this still isn't a feature, but it would be nice to be notified when someone donates! it's hard to track things when you don't know they are changing, and every other system we've used allows you to set a notification by email.
Manually reissue donor receipts
It would be great to have the ability as an Admin to reissue donor receipts for tax purposes, so the donor doesn't have to go through the work of setting up an account to find past receipts.
Reformat Donation Date Field In Exported Data - NOT Currently Readable as Date by Excel
The date fields in exported data are not formatted so that Excel can read them as dates. This is REALLY problematic. The imported data cannot be sorted by date without us having to parse ALL the donation_date cells into two separate fields, reformat them as date and time. Surely you can split your own date and time into separate fields, so when we import it, we don't have to. EXAMPLE: Jul 17 2020 3:25PM EDT This becomes a Text Field in Excel.
Add newsletter opt-in field on main fundraising page
I'd like to have a checkbox on the main fundraising page to allow people who may not already be on our mailing list to opt in.
Different thank you emails for one-time vs. monthly
It would be nice if it were possible to customize the thank you emails sent out for one-time vs. recurring gifts. We would want to use different messaging to acknowledge our monthly donors. At the risk of over-complicating, it would further be preferable to send one message for the first monthly gift from a donor, and a different type of message for subsequent monthly gifts.
Can we edit the email that is sent out for dedication notifications? I would like that to be customizable like a thank you email.
Disable or Hide Core Page Donations
While we are a 501-c organization, we are a soccer club that primarily solicits only during our annual fundraiser. It would be nice to disable or hide the automatic Core Page donations options that are set up by Give Lively and just have the Campaign page. Thank you.
