I want to request contacts as a Dashboard Admin feature with custom fields, such as whether a donor wants SMS, mail, email, or all three, addresses, birthdays, and tags for sorting different donors, individuals, corporations, or foundations.

Would love to have the ability to resend receipts to donors.

It would be great to have the ability as an Admin to reissue donor receipts for tax purposes, so the donor doesn't have to go through the work of setting up an account to find past receipts.

It would be great to be able to ask for name, email, address, phone and optional or required custom fields (checkbox, radio button, multiple choice or text).

Please make the recipient information downloadable along with the donation information. I've always had access to this in other donation portals. It makes it really helpful when identifying memorial donors and knowing who has been notified of what gifts.

Many of our donors are not donating because they think the donate via "bank account" is the only option. They do not see that there is an additional option to donate via credit card. We suggest you make the donate via "bank account" optional and give the option to turn it off completely. Or at least make that the last payment option. Our donors do not want to give their bank account information therefore don't make a donation. Has any one else experienced this issue?

For fundraising events that require attendees to attach a credit card to their bid number/name, it would be really nice to let them input their credit cards and information into their new Give Lively account BEFORE the event occurs (i.e. before they've donated). This would eliminate the need for things like card readers at registration, and make the process much smoother for event attendees, as well as give them more ownership over how they pay. In general, allowing possible donors to create accounts before donating would help in a multitude of ways past just events.

Feature to include number of visits to a page for event ticketing.

Currently, clicking on a page link replaces the current page. There should be an option to open the target of the link in a new tab or the default should be to open the page in a new tab.
