Once a sponsorship has been sold out/fulfilled it would be great to have those items move to the bottom of the registration section instead of having to delete them because they take up too much space

With this, it would be great to be able to manually add the sold out banner on ticket/sponsor levels. Sometimes we have people pay by check and not via the webpage so it would be nice to be able to add the sold out banner manually.
