Please add an option to either rename the 3 ticket categories, OR, an option to add more than three categories. Categories are not useful if you are only providing the ones you think we need.

AGREE! We need more flexibility in assigning the names for our categories. Your limitations almost make it unusable as is. YOUR limitations create limits for us, in how we can structure our events and promotions.
