Need to be able to hide login button from campaign page

Hi, with the new form, there is a login button at the top that is really confusing because the vast majority of our donors are not familiar with Give Lively and so do not have an account in which to login. Maybe at least make the button at the bottom or with a question that says "have an account with give lively already?" - but even that would be less than ideal because it implies that our donors will have to create a Give Lively account in order to give and it would hamper giving. What we really need is to not have the button at all (or to have the ability on our end to hide it). Thank you!
