Matt Connelly has there been any movement on making this feature a reality? We recently had a giving influx and needing to dig into giving reports to find out who is giving on behalf of someone and who isn't, has been an added challenge we would love to avoid.

Can you share what workflows this would unlock on your end, as opposed to getting the data from the reports in the Give Lively admin portal? Thanks!

Matt Connelly Receiving the information in an email when the donation is complete allows us to appropriately response to the donor, rather than needed to go and see if there is a specific reason for the giving. Example being, a donation giving in someone's memory produces a more somber response than a donation given because someone watched a video we posted on social media and was inspired to give.

Katie Pagett: Makes sense! We're actually starting to explore implementing our own donation notifications emails, and not just having our members rely on the notifications from Stripe when a payment comes in.

If we added the dedicatee name/type alongside donor + gift info into our own email notification, would that work for your team? Or is there anything about the Stripe specific notification you find helpful?

Matt Connelly The metadata Stripe sends is very helpful. Specifically, full name, email, physical address and the total with the break out of covered fee, fee charged, GL tip and donation, with the added bonus of a note for the inmemroy/honor of, would be fantastic.

I recently figured out that the note of an "in memory of " donation goes tot he donor, it seems pretty straightforward that GiveLively could send a similar email that is organization focused with the information we need, instantaneously. Rather than needing to log in and dig for information.
