page in the User Portal now clearly explains when Stripe data is unavailable for a recurring donation.
When Stripe data about a recurring donation can’t be retrieved, donors see an alert that reads ”At this time, we are unable to access data about this recurring donation. Please contact the beneficiary nonprofit directly to manage it.” Accordingly, the Manage
and View History
buttons do not appear for that donation. Learn how to view a list of recurring donations.
