We continue to make updates to the look and feel of our donation tools and forms, in the interest of both Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance and further refining the user experience. The most recent changes address readability on pages with light brand/background colors.
The structure and navigation of the User Portal has been overhauled.There are now four sections in the left-hand navigation bar:
- MY ACCOUNT— with a link toGeneral information
- MY DONATIONS— with links toRecurring donations,Donations historyandPayment methods
- MY FUNDRAISERS— with a link toFundraising pages, a webpage cataloguing (and linking directly to) a user’s individual and team fundraising pages
- HELP— with links to the Give Lively Support Center and support ticket form
