Nonprofits can now download most donation receipts directly through the Nonprofit Admin Portal.
Receipts are available individually or in bulk for transactions completed on or after January 13, 2026 (except Event Ticketing and Giving Basket receipts, which are not currently enabled for this feature). - Individual receipts can be downloaded directly as an HTML file beginning five minutes after a donation is finalized.
- The bulk download of a selected date range generates a Zip file available via an email to the logged-in user.
