No longer showing Give Lively "tips" in Stripe (or at all)

I discovered that anytime a donor gives a "tip" to Give Lively the gross, net, transaction fee, and covered transaction fee amounts are inaccurate in Salesforce. It took us weeks to figure out why the donation amounts in Salesforce and Stripe do not match. The only way to see accurate gross, net, transaction fee, and covered transaction fee amounts is in Give Lively. The only way to see accurate "tip" amounts is by looking at each individual payment breakdown in Stripe. I also discovered that the Stripe processing fees include processing fees for the Give Lively "tips."
I am requesting that Give Lively remove any voluntary "tips" from the organization's view in Stripe and Give Lively. There is no reason our organization should be seeing the Give Lively "tips" at all since that is not our money. Or, at the very least, Give Lively and/or Stripe could develop reporting that separates the "tips" from the transaction fees. Without this information being reported or omitted completely, it adds hours of work onto donation entry and acknowledgement processes.
