Our auditors request that we can show them the process of a donation from start to finish, including ensuring the tax receipt matches the donation. This would help us provide greater transparency and strong documentation.

It is essential that we can audit the messages sent out by GiveLively to our donors. I just discovered that acknowledgement messages are not sent to our recurring donors. WHAT?! There is a Beta fix for this, but goodness, donors deserve to have an email notification each time their card is charged.
