Agreed - the column needs to be formatted as a zip code/text not a number field.

Matt Connelly: Per your request, I just sent an email regarding:
2 with incomplete zips, 1 with zip+4 formatted incorrectly. Plus, if someone doesn't enter zip, then the email address field merges with the zip field, and then you can't sort in Excel until all columns are unmerged.
