Allow Donors to Change Donation Amount

We have donors who wish to update their monthly donation amounts (Increase/Decrease) but currently, the only way for them to do this is to cancel their existing donation and then sign up for a new one. It would be very helpful (and a significantly improved user experience) to allow the donor to update their monthly donation amount in their user portal with having to sign up again.

yes, this is very much needed. It makes us look bad when we have to tell them they have to cancel their donation and start a new one if they want to increase their giving
