In addition to the option to make recurring monthly donations, it would be great if donors had the option to give annually or quarterly.

Allow Donors to Change Donation Amount
We have donors who wish to update their monthly donation amounts (Increase/Decrease) but currently, the only way for them to do this is to cancel their existing donation and then sign up for a new one. It would be very helpful (and a significantly improved user experience) to allow the donor to update their monthly donation amount in their user portal with having to sign up again.
Customize "In Honor/Memory" Of Email
Hello, if possible, it would be great to be able to customize the email that people receive when someone donates in their honor. For example, right now it says "this donation will help [org name] further their vision and mission." If we could customize that part, that would be amazing!
Email notifications to the fundraiser when they receive a donation
When folks get donations to their page, they don't get any notification so they just have to periodically check their page to see if they've gotten any new donations. It would be nice to just have an automatic email to the fundraiser that they got a new donation.

Allow donors to update financial information
Donors should be able to update their credit cards when they expire (and should be prompted to do so before gifts start to fail).
In Honor/Memory of functionality
We recently did some fundraising for an event, I was disappointed when I realized that one of the donations we received was In Honor of some folks. The issue I had is that there was no notification to us that it was a dedication donation. When we recieve notifications we do not know that we had to look at the donation CSV to find it. Additionally when it posted to our live display or campaign page, it also only listed the donors name and not who they made the donation in honor of. I think this is a real lost opportunity for us as we had no idea based on the information we saw and or received. So when we printed a Thank You to be displayed at the event, we did not know this information to include to the print job. It should be included with the information about them donating (They also should be allowed to leave notes with their donation even if they do not do a donation in honor of someone. I appreciate the ability to do a donation in honor of someone, but hope you can work towards making it easier for the donor to see that it happened and for us to be able to correctly list it by having notification of it. Thank you!
acknowledgements for monthly donors
We have numerous monthly donors but when their monthly transaction runs, they only get a receipt. It would be better if there was a capability to have the monthly donor receive a acknowledgement letter, not just a receipt.
Make the donor portal more self-sufficient
Donors should be able to update their personal information like email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses (including for any custom fields we ask of them when they donate) in the donor portal if they choose to create an account. It would also be great if we on the nonprofit side could both see which of our donors have created accounts, as well as help our donors create an account if they wish.
