I think this is pretty related, but in our use case we'd just like to include the "in memory of" info in the automated thank you email that goes out to acknowledge that aspect of the donation. We have a few donors during pretty much every fundraising drive who are irked that info isn't included in the email they receive.

Adding on behalf of a requesting nonprofit: the ability to merge Give Lively campaign name into the body or subject of the dedication email. Particularly important when a nonprofit employs a large number of distinct campaigns.

Building out the "In Honor/Memory" feature would allow our org to use GiveLively. We require customized letters/email notifications for these, so the ability for admins to toggle the automatic email or just collect more information is ideal. We would also need the donor to be able to:

As others have said, this is extremely important for our organization. Our donors are almost entirely families who are donating in honor of a beloved baby who has died. Families who lose a baby get very few keepsakes or memories of their child, so many are saving the donation acknowledgments they receive as some of the few tangible reminders of their too short lives. We desperately need the ability to make these dedication acknowledgment emails look nicer, and ideally for donors to be able to enter a mailing address (during the donation checkout process) if they would prefer we mail a physical acknowledgment as a keepsake.
