It would be very helpful to give donors the option to write in special instructions, including address information so we may also send a personalized card for honor/memory gifts.

This is availabile as a beta feature. Email support and they can probably turn it on for you.

Kiyomi Noguchi: is that the custom question option or another feature specifically for designated gift extra info?

Sophie Gildesgame: It's the custom question at the end, so it doesn't show up until after entering payment info. It would be better if it was together with the gift info.
