Accessibility request to add subtitles and transcription to Vimeo demo video:
Nonprofit mentioned "I watched the demo video for the product, and the footage housed on Vimeo does not have captions, audio, or a transcript, making it inaccessible. That said, I am wondering what steps are taken to ensure the platform is accessible for individuals using screen readers or other assistive technology - both from the nonprofit administrator side to the donor side of the platform. I appreciate any information, as we may need to find another integration otherwise."

Thank you for your suggestion! We are aware of WCAG requirements and take accessibility seriously. For some time, we have been moving toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA, including adding captions and transcripts to all videos.
