Although we have set certain donor information as required (because in the dashboard, you gave us the option to do that), donations are being made without that information being provided.
When I try to run test transactions without that information, I'm unable to proceed. The fields are highlighted in red and marked as required. But donations are somehow being made without this "required" info provided.
When I asked your support chatbot how this could occur, how donations could be made without the info when I'm unable to do so, I was told that this feature is in Beta and it may not work consistently.
This was never communicated to us. The feature is offered as if it's guaranteed to work.
