Agree with this and in addition, we would like to be able to cc our development inbox for all tax letter emails. Our auditor asks to see the documentation for these letters above a certain amount, and because we cannot get cc'd (like we do for all other platforms), we have to create tax letters for those gifts just to present to our auditors.

Would be nice to also include the names of P2P fundraisers (e.g., "Thanks for Supporting /Fundraiser Name/'s Fundraiser!") in these thank you emails.

We have a donor with a 2-word first name: Norma Jean. The Give Lively app seems to parse her first name as Norma. She gets quite upset when the first line of the donor confirmation email says "Thank you Norma" Because Norma was her mother's name and has since passed away. It would be great if we could customize the email to use Full Name instead as one alternative. However, there doesn't appear to be any way to change the following part of the email template:
Thank You,

We're actually creating a whole system to make a work around. Which is sad. We're making the GiveLively emails a "processing" message and then having an actual branded and designed thank you email come once the gift is entered into Salesforce. This really should either be fixed - or they should be able to be turned off so we can use something better while they're considering fixing the issue.

Rachel Tanner: That's a great (and yes, absolutely unfortunate) method... kudos Rachel

Rachel Tanner: When you say you're making it a "processing" message, do you mean that you just have text in the email that says their gift is being processed? Thanks!

I ditto what has been said in this thread. Also, it would be great if we could edit the name of the sender so it appears more personal.

Additionally, the text sizes in the current emails that are auto-generated as different sizes. This makes the thank you look very unprofessional and unpolished. This needs to be addressed ASAP by GiveLively as it isn't something I can change on my end as admin.

I agree. I also would like to be able to add our logo as well as other images (i.e. signature) and branding colors with hex #'s. I hope this is something that GiveLively does soon. It would really improve the look of the important Thank You messages we send our consitituents.

Just the simple add an image option would be great. In Donorbox, it is easy to add your organization's logo to the header, which looks real clean and professional.

Additionally, with the additional questions, it would be great if we could have merge tags for the answers given. I.e. if a custom question is set up with Phone Number or Company Name, to be able to merge those into the Thank You Message.
