We are excited to let you know that your suggestion has been implemented! Thank you again for collaborating directly with us to build better fundraising tech.
Your suggestion was a part of the new report release, "Line Items (All)" now found in the Nonprofit Admin Portal, under "Data Reports" in the left-hand navigation. The other Canny suggestions below were also part of this update if you want to check them out:

Hi everyone!
We are excited to seek volunteers interested in an early-access beta program of upgrades to the donor data reporting system in our Nonprofit Admin Portal. The program offers our member nonprofits a sneak peek of our newest features in return for constructive feedback that will help us refine functionality before its full release.
Our upgraded reporting system includes the following:
1) On-Screen Line Item Report
A primary report/table of donation/purchase line items across all fundraising products (Core Profile, Campaign Pages, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising and Team Fundraising pages, Event Ticketing pages and donations received through Charity Navigator’s Giving Basket).
- The report can be filtered by date and searched by Order ID, Donor Name and Donor Email.
- Clicking on an individual result provides expanded donor and payment information, eliminating the need to download CSVs.
2) Updated Donor Data CSV
A new and enhanced CSV export of donor data. Anyone who has received donations through Charity Navigator’s Giving Basket will be familiar with the data format of this new CSV. We are eager to expand it platform-wide.
- During the beta period, we will support both old and new versions of the CSV export, but we will sunset the old CSV by early 2024.
- The new CSV has all historical data, but is reframed with new column headers. An online guide is available to assist mapping from the old CSV columns to the new ones.
- We provide new information, such as much-requested Transaction Fee Amount (charged by PayPal and Stripe) and Net Amount columns.
- We address date-column issues (they were not Excel-friendly) and other quality of life updates.
We anticipate that participants in this beta program will help shape our efforts with this new system. If you are interested in joining, please like this comment and we will email you in the coming weeks. Participation in this beta will not affect your current Give Lively experience, but it will hopefully give you early access to a better one! :)

Agree with everyone. I love GiveLively, but it would be great not to have to export data for each campaign or event to see the donors. Thank you GIVELIVELY for providing a wonderful, free platform! We have found it highly adaptible to our organization which produces dozens of young music ensemble concerts each year.

Might be time for a Give Lively CRM Dashboard! Sorry, I just pitched this! :-)

I'll export a csv if I need everything, but I'd like to peek at donation amount, donor name, donation date, and whether it's an honor/memorial gift (+ name of honoree) without doing an export. Thanks for asking!

Salutation, Donor First name, Last name, Donation Frequency, Donation date, (if recurring) Date Recurring Donation created, Amount, Anonymous? (1/0 or yes/no), Honor/Tribute? (1/0 or yes/no), Name of Honoree, Campaign Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Mailing City, Mailing State, Mailing Country, Mailing Zip, email, phone, add to newsletter? (I don't know if this exists or not).
I frequently make the mailing lists for our postal campaigns and these are the standard fields that are required for that. Because of that, we need our donation system to provide the same fields so that we can pull those lists.

Hi everyone! We're looking into designing this interface and hoping to get some feedback.
We were wondering what you would consider critical identifying information on a transaction that could be default columns in a table view. Some examples that come to mind are donation amount, donor name, donation date, frequency, etc. Curious if anyone could share their 8-10 top identifiers.
We would still ensure the CSV that you can export has expanded data as it does today (which we're also bolstering), but really hoping to hear the most important information for you at a glance. Thanks so much for your time!

Matt Connelly: First name, Last name, Date, Amount, which campaign, email, address, frequency. Thank you!

Matt Connelly: At a glance, probably just need name, amount, date, campaign, frequency. If there was a way to show if this is their first ever donation (maybe by a "contact creation date" or "first donation date" field to compare donation date to), that would be awesome.

Merged in a post:
Ability to see all donations across campaigns and events

I would like to see all donations received listed and be able to sort/filter by donor, date, campaign, and event. Pulling multiple .csv files for each event and campaign to reconcile to Stripe & PayPal monthly is cumbersome.
