Send Admin Copy of Thank You Emails After Gift is Processed

When a donation is processed, the system should send an admin a copy of the acknowledgement email. This allows us to pass along to our accounting department for donation backup in a really easy way.

Our auditors requested to see copies of donor correspondence for Give Lively donations, which we cannot provide, because we do not get a copy of the donor's receipt. Major problem. YES!!! THIS!!! I had this ability to BCC myself or an admin (or multiple admins) on every TY email that was sent, and it was SO helpful for properly and quickly acknowledging donors and memorial contributions.
