Create new fundraising effort under same email

I would like to see a way for someone to create multiple fundraising efforts under the same email. The best example would be if I fundraise for my birthday this year, I want to close out that account and have a new fundraising effort (starting from $0) next year. Another example would be if my husband and I shared an email but he wanted to host a fundraiser for his birthday. Related to this, there should be a way to "end" my fundraiser once a certain amount of time has passed.
