Enable "team" leaders to communicate with team

I'd like to send direct messages to my team to keep them encouraged, give them updates, etc. Also, as the nonprofit admin, I'd like to be able to communicate with all teams (leaders and participants) associated with a campaign. It could be as simple as having their email address. Currently, if someone chooses to fundraise for me, I have no way of thanking them unless they also donate.

It would be so great to be able to communicate and update all fundraisers . Thanks!

Hi Tiffany!
We do have functionality for logged-in team leaders to send updates to the team via an option on their team page (with an option to blast the message to team members' emails). You can see the option as point A in this guide:
Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any additional feedback for this feature as you try it!
We also hope to eventually expand this capability to Nonprofit admins to reach out to team leaders + fundraisers, like you mentioned.
Also, as a nonprofit admin, you can access a fundraiser CSV--if you go to a specific campaign's dashboard in the portal, scroll down to the 'P2P Pages' section, and click 'See More P2P Fundraising Pages >', the next page should have a Fundraiser CSV that you can export that has fundraiser data, including email address, scoped to fundraisers in that campaign. (As a side note, if you click P2P Pages in the top nav bar, you can access a CSV of all fundraisers for your nonprofit). As the teams beta continues, we're aiming to add more team-related data to this export as well. We can probably do a better job surfacing this CSV as well, so it's easier to find.
Thanks again and let me know if you have any additional feedback!

Matt Connelly: Thanks for the fast response! I did see the message update option on the team page, I was wondering if there was a less public option. And thanks for pointing out the fundraiser.csv option! You all are truly great.

Tiffany Caton: No problem--I've noted the desire to make a less public option!
