Nonprofit members can start P2P pages on behalf of fundraisers

It seems like many of our members used to create P2P pages on behalf of their donors as a way to making the P2P fundraising process more streamlined for the donor. Since introducing email confirmation for increased security, this is method is not possible.
This is a proposal for a feature that would allow for a member nonprofit to securely start a P2P fundraising or team page and allow the designated supporter to manage it.
Additionally, this feature could create multiple P2P pages at once with identical logos, descriptions, etc. to streamline the process.

it would be incredible to get this going! as a nonprofit, making it easier for funders is the name of the game. This process makes it harder for donors with additional steps. would be cool to get a best of both worlds, allow nonprofits to set up on the backend and allow new teams to create pages of their own if they so choose.

Allow for registering fundraisers with disabilities from a master email account

Our charity works with people who have aphasia which is a language disorder -- many participants want to fundraise but their disability prevents them from reading/typing so they need assistance to create an account. We would like to be able to register multiple people as fundraisers using the organization's email.

This would be incredibly helpful to us as well.

If we could create it and then it sends and email to the fundraiser with next steps (a way to upload their own picture, how to share the link, etc) that would be an added bonus.
