Request from Robert Mulcahy (npsa) to speed up automatic syncs as one hour is too long when testing.

Other vendors either sync in real-time or run batch sync every 15-30 minutes.

We have no plans to increase syncing frequency at this time, but there is a button in the portal to trigger a sync on-demand as needed.

More info from NPSA: "If you could provide on-demand synching of the Staging Environment and Salesforce, boy would that be nice. It would be just as useful for testing and troubleshooting the GiveLively/Salesforce environment for me as it is for your team. Otherwise, anything less than once per hour will make a difference."
