Dedication / Tribute Fields
Currently transactions that have a dedication do not transmit the dedication information into salesforce. This requires additional steps in order to get this information into salesforce
Change Acknowledgement defaults
Currently, GL sends all donations to SF with the "Acknowledgement" field marked as "Acknowledged." We want the ability to customize this or disable this as it messes with the way we handle acknowledgements internally.
Changes to recurring donations in GL (installment amount, cancel/set end date, recurrence date) should change recurring donation in record in SF
Would be great to push a unique identifier (think: confirmation number) to Salesforce to make it easier to reconcile what we have in GL with what we have in SF
Improve duplicate prevention and matching logic
It would be great to see improvements in the matching logic Give Lively uses when choosing to update existing contacts or create new. Scenarios: 1) Donor makes a gift as email@example.com . Jane Doe's Email address and Work Email in Salesforce is recorded as firstname.lastname@example.org , but her Personal Email is email@example.com . Currently, Give Lively would create a new contact instead of updating the existing. 2) Donor makes a gift as firstname.lastname@example.org . Salesforce has a lead with the email address of email@example.com , as well as two different contact records with the same email address. Give Lively picks one and associates the gift. It would be better if the administrator could be alerted to the multiple matches, and given a chance to select which one is correct.
Notification on sync errors
It would be great if there was a notification sent to all Give Lively admins if there are errors in the sync between Give Lively and Salesforce.
