It would be great to have the ability to give proper credit to the fundraiser for the donations they generated. Some sort of soft credit.

It would be great to be able to map to custom fields in Salesforce, especially ones we have made required on Opportunity or Contact creation. This currently causes an error and the donation cannot be logged.

Allow donors the option to opt-out of receiving marketing emails and have this preference sync to Salesforce.

Payment information including Payment Method and Check/Reference Number are only synced to the NPSP Payment object, but not to the Opportunity object. Please allow this information to sync directly to the Opportunity.

We would love it if there was an option for someone to RSVP without purchasing a ticket. Right now we have our ticket price set to $0 so that people can just RSVP for our free event. In doing this, it has created 80+ opportunities in Salesforce. It would be great if people could just RSVP and have it create a lead record, in addition to the option to purchase tickets --> create an opportunity

Currently, GL sends all donations to SF with the "Acknowledgement" field marked as "Acknowledged." We want the ability to customize this or disable this as it messes with the way we handle acknowledgements internally.

My clients frequently run into issues where gifts get tied to the incorrect contact because an email is on more then one contact record in the system - this is particularly problematic when organizations have minors for whom a parent email might be on their record, and neither has previous donation history. The updated matching logic you all added recently helps, but it would be great if the matching criteria considered both Email and Name in combination.

Allow donors to tell us their preferred pronouns

If a company or organization donates using their business name, it creates a contact in SF with a Household account (default NPSP setup). However, we have organization accounts in SF from historical imports and we would like Give Lively to also try matching to an organization and sync to it directly.
