Hi Jonathan Lin - this has been a great addition, but I have noticed some inconsistencies with the data. There are two give lively fields, one being "Payment Platform Transaction Fee" and the other "Transaction Fee covered by Donor"... should these match?
Jonathan Lin
Justin Gavette: Excellent question. Transaction Fee Covered By Donor is the pre-transaction estimate, which we display to the donor, and which they can opt to cover. After the transaction goes through, we record the actual amount. That's the Payment Platform Transaction Fee. It's not unusual for the actual amount to differ from the estimate, at least by a small degree.

Jonathan Lin: Thank you, that makes sense!

These seems like a non-brainer for non-profit purposes. The important amount for our development team is the amount donated, not the total amount paid. We can't run any of our totals with the current integration limitations.

Actually, after giving it some thought, it would be useful to know what the transaction fee is AND whether it was covered by the donor!

John F. Bono: We've been removing the fee as a "Write off Payment" but it's nice to know this will be included.

This would be really useful! It is one of the things that is holding us back from turning on the integration!

Team Rubicon is asking to sync fee information in general.
