To clarify a bit, this request is specific to updating the Give Lively Salesforce Integration so that previously synced recurring donation records are updated on the Salesforce side based on changes in Give Lively.
For requests around allowing different recurring frequencies, you may want to look at this item: https://feedback.givelively.org/campaign-pages/p/annual-quarterly-donation-options
For updating subscription amounts, see here: https://feedback.givelively.org/donor-features/p/allow-donors-to-update-their-gift-amounts
Both of the above would need to be implemented at the Give Lively platform level before they could be incorporated into the Salesforce integration.

Checking in on the status of this one? We really need a quarterly installment option for several of our donors.

We would like to request annual donations made on a 3 year pledge

I would LOVE for donors to be able to change their monthly giving amount through the donor portal. Is this part of the planned changes?

I would like to request options for Quarterly Donations, and the ability to set a Start Date for recurring donations.

GL doesn't create recurring donations in Salesforce currently. It creates an opportunity but this is not attached to a recurring donation record. Would be helpful if the opportunity could be linked to Recurring Donation record because this requires significant manual cleanup currently.

Jessica Rosenberg: Hi Jessica, yes, we are aware and we will be creating this as an option in our upcoming integration version. Please let us know if you would like to be a beta tester.

Nicole Alter: Sure-would love that!
