Peer To Peer Fundraising

We are in the middle of our biggest fundraiser of the year and it was suggested to have the "Dedicate this Gift" button available on Peer2Peer pages, not just the main campaign page.

Currently, the "Dedicate This Gift" button appears on core profile, campaign page, and team page. But not on individual P2P fundraising page. Please add it here. Thank you!
