When donors make a gift via ACH/bank draft, it can take upwards of a week to receive a receipt for their gift. Give Lively does provide a "payment pending" confirmation to the donor, but there is currently no way for nonprofit admins to see or customize this email. We (nonprofit admins) really need an admin-editable template for the ACH "payment pending" confirmation for a few reasons. First, an important part of donor stewardship is the kind of communication you get immediately following a gift. Right now, we have no idea what this confirmation email even looks like. Second, for annual audit purposes, we have to show our auditors a paper trail of how we acknowledge gifts. Right now, there is no way to confirm whether or not these confirmation emails are getting sent. Please create an admin-editable template for the ACH "payment pending" confirmation emails and add a "view payment pending confirmation" button to the top of the donation line item report page (similar to the "view receipt" button) so that we have a record of this communication.
