Nonprofit Admin Portal

When donors make a gift via ACH/bank draft, it can take upwards of a week to receive a receipt for their gift. Give Lively does provide a "payment pending" confirmation to the donor, but there is currently no way for nonprofit admins to see or customize this email. We (nonprofit admins) really need an admin-editable template for the ACH "payment pending" confirmation for a few reasons. First, an important part of donor stewardship is the kind of communication you get immediately following a gift. Right now, we have no idea what this confirmation email even looks like. Second, for annual audit purposes, we have to show our auditors a paper trail of how we acknowledge gifts. Right now, there is no way to confirm whether or not these confirmation emails are getting sent. Please create an admin-editable template for the ACH "payment pending" confirmation emails and add a "view payment pending confirmation" button to the top of the donation line item report page (similar to the "view receipt" button) so that we have a record of this communication.

I find that the "tip" language is not intuitive in the non-profit space, and would strongly prefer we have the ability to customize that text or make it something more neutral like "software processing fee." I also would prefer we have the ability to set those defaults, and allow the user to select more graduated amounts.

We do not want our donors to see the processing fees and tips combined when making a donation. I do know they can click around and remove the tip, but it is not clear at all. We have had complaints from our donors on the high fees. Gively Lively is basically charging our donors for the platform. I would rather have the non profits pay for the service and not the donors. This has made Gively Lively a very unattractive platform. Please give the option of not defaulting the tip.

With the new, required, second generation payment page, there is a VERY promenant "add a tip" feature to support give lively. Our donors have pushed back on this, and have opted out of donating entirely because this is now on the page.

It would be nice to schedule recurring donations. For example, let's say today is the 3rd of the month and a donor has expressed interest in starting a monthly giving contribution. Instead of having the donations process every 3rd of the month, you would like them to process every 15th of the month. With the current system, you would need to wait until the 15th to get this done or you are stuck with whatever day you start the process.

Hi - We're creating a campaign called 24-25 and we're hoping donors will give $24.25 monthly. Your platform doesn't allow me to do this I can only request $24 or 425 which doesn't have the same ring to it. Can you help me customize this for our page so that it all looks and sounds seamless? Thanks!
